"Definitely suggest L&S Engineers"
I would definitely suggest L&S Engineers. I called at 4pm on Wednesday for a part, and it arrived by 9:40 Thursday morning! The advisor was super helpful, and the price was fantastic. I’ll surely be reaching out to them again when we need more stuff :)

Excellent Support After Purchase.
I ordered some parts that arrived fast and were nicely packed. One of the items was incorrect, but they shipped the correct one free of charge on the same day. I was really impressed with that! Super helpful, and I’ll definitely shop here again!

"Awesome service! Needed a part for my Makita..."
I was on the hunt for a part for my Makita sds drill and stumbled upon this company, which had the best price by a long shot. I’d totally recommend them and will be back for sure. Their service is fantastic, and the delivery was super quick.

"Delivery & Order Experience"
I placed my order, which I thought was quite fairly priced, and was informed ahead of time that there might be a delay because of the postal strike. To my surprise, the order arrived the next morning. I'm really happy with the service and delivery, and I plan to shop with L&S again in the future.

"Unsatisfactory post-purchase support"
I've dealt with this company many times before and had no problems. But this time, there was a hiccup with my order—the price I ended up paying was jacked up by 400%! Sophie from sales was not much help at all. I won't be coming back.

"Reduced shipping costs for tiny items needed"
What I appreciate about this company is their knack for finding just about anything you might need. Plus, they offer a postage fee that's under a couple of quid for those little things like screws. They also tend to ship pretty quickly, which is a nice bonus.

My favorite source for all things related to small engines, lawn mowers, strimmers, cement mixers, and more. The selection of spare parts is astonishing, plus the part diagrams are super helpful. Postage fees are quite fair too. Keep it going, L&S! 10/10

I called on Thursday, March 3rd to get some parts for my chainsaw. A rather impolite girl on the line informed me that I needed to provide part codes, and she would look them up and return my call. She never called back, didn’t even bother to say hello or thank you—just plain RUDE.

Always a reliable service. I've used them before and they’re my go-to for Stihl spare parts and accessories. Had a few specific questions, and a super helpful lady got back to me in no time. Delivery is always on point and the prices are great.

"Makita SDS Hammer Drill Lacks Model Number"
On Friday night, I chatted with one of the staff who assisted me in figuring out which model my Makita hammer drill was. I placed an order for the parts (£6.69 including shipping). They showed up the following Wednesday and fit like a glove. I can't recommend them highly enough. The team is fantastic, delivery was quick, and all at a super reasonable price.

I can’t praise this company enough. I was on the hunt for a replacement piece for my Makita angle grinder, and they had the best price around. Shipping costs were fair, and the item showed up just 2 days after I placed my order. I’d surely buy from them again.

"Belle 130 Drum Ring"
While searching for a new Gear Ring for my trusty cement mixer that I got from Wickes two and a half decades ago, I stumbled upon L&S Engineering. I decided to order the gear along with some bearings, just in case they were on their last legs. To my surprise, the parts showed up within a day via Parcelforce, and I managed to install them in the afternoon. Fantastic service!

"The Lawnmower Blade Adventure"
I ordered a lawnmower blade that had an outdated part number on the site, but when it showed up, it had the new part number, which was exactly what I needed and had been hunting for. The delivery was quick, arriving a couple of days ahead of schedule, which was great. It would’ve been nice if the blade had a clear indication of which side was for the grass, but to my surprise, there was a useful video that explained it.
